1973 constitution of pakistan

Pakistan 1973 constitution is divided into 12 parts, 280 articles and 7 schedules. constitution maintains parliamentary form of government and indicate clearly separation of powers like executive and judiciary. This constitution guarantees the basic rights of people.
First part deal with introduction, name of state , Islam has been declared state religion, ensure the elimination of exploitation, rights of individuals, loyalty to state and clearly define the high treason ( article 06).
2nd Part deals with fundamental rights and principles of policy. article 7 define state, 8 fundamental rights,9 security of person, 10A right to fair trial, and freedom of movement , assemble, organization , trade business or any profession, every citizen is entitled to information, freedom of religion, protection of property rights , equality of citizen , right to education , non discrimination , preservation of language, script and culture.
This part is very important because almost major rights has been guaranteed in this part. This part of constitution also deals with social justice like protection of minorities, protection of family , eradication of social evils, promoting international peace etc. It is very interesting that in Pakistan constitution was not followed in all types of crisis and even judiciary himself violate the essence and purpose of constitution.
Part 3 deals with federation of pakistan. Here it is interesting that there are many institutions constitutionally which form the federation of pakistan and first is the president and second is the parliament and third is the federal government. If we closely analyze current clash between different federating units then we can understand that basically no body is consulting constitution for solution of the crisis.
It is duty of every law abiding citizen to read and understand the constitution of his/her country but in Pakistan it is not custom to understand or follow  constitution. That is the basic reason of crisis and clash socially as well as economically. We are not following law as per its essence and nature.

Army , parliament and Judiciary

Army does not like democracy in the country .

AnthropologistHameed: Shah latif is the social prophet of sindhi society.

AnthropologistHameed: Shah latif is the social prophet of sindhi society.

Shah latif is the social prophet of sindhi society.

Recently i wrote about shah latif bhittai and how he enriched sindhi society and its language and literature.

I Think one can clearly observe the impact of shah latif message in all corners of Sindhi society and culture. Shah Abdul Latif bhittai has given clear path to language and literature of land and enriched its culture while narrating love and peace message of land which echoed for centuries but rarely some artist recognized them and shared with common folk.
How shah latif describe weathers, lakes, trees, wild life and different geographical locations in sindh; it is rarely depicted in earlier Sindhi poetry. He depict rainy seasons, storms in seas, behaviors of lakes and rivers, etc. It is very interesting that shah latif is poet of all people who understand him and his message. He is messenger of sufi poet and singers, he is forefather of sindhi intelectuals and government writers.
In recent past shah has been described religiously too. my previous blog on radicalization of shah latif by shia mullas at shrine. But no body in sindh has ever dared to talk about it because of occupation of religious people; every place of sindhi heroes and social prophets were radicalized or in the process of radicalization.
Shah latif also describe the true and very simple religion in practice. He also condemn the killings and tortures of cruel people in the history. he also wishes peace full world for every human on the earth. His social thoughts must be redefined with its original message. Shah latif work must be compiled in scientific way to save the history of sindh and culture and its language and literature.
I have observed that sughars, awami singers , poets , sufis have many dimensions of shah latif which are still undiscovered by researchers. Sociologist, anthropologists, experts of sindhology, archeology, linguistics, and literature; have more to find from our culture about shah latif.
Shah latif wished a society based on love and peace with good relation with other societies, he wished peace for world not for only sindh.
Shah latif love concept is also very revolutionary in its context.
Akh perein he akh mein eho kuthal jo ahey kam
laey des latif chaey sisy sundo cham
tone wanjy dum ta be akh perein je akh mein
I believe that shah latif needs reinterpretation in every age and time because his message has universal meaning and applicability  . He is poet of love not force, he his poet of human not mulla , he condemn the cruelty in society and does not provide any space to victimize people on biased based  .

Shah latif poetry should be translated in its social context not in religious or romantic context although both are part of life in every poet but one needs to understand message within poetry.
